If you have a thing for cars, you would have wanted to be present for a get together organized in the capital recently. It was the launch of the All-new Range Rover that saw car enthusiasts, members of the fash frat and many from Delhi’s social circuit get together and celebrate.
Speaking at the launch,
Gurmeet Singh Anand, MD, AMP Motors, said, “The new Range Rover offers an unparalleled blend of luxury, performance and unmatched all-terrain capability.
It’s clever design and revolutionary lightweight construction will give Indian customers a product that will cope with the most difficult of terrains and is different from other cars in terms of comfort, refinement and handling.”
The British High Commissioner, James Bevan, who was one of the hosts of the evening, was seen looking after all his guests. After sharing that he is “very much a cars person,” he joked about how he wished that the MD of the company would gift him the car that was unveiled that evening. Given that cars and fashion go hand-in-hand in more ways than one, a fashion show by Meera and
Muzaffar Ali only added to the mood of the evening. Rani Anand, MD, AMP Motors and Rohit Suri, head, Jaguar Land Rover India were chatting with the guests.
